Our Story
We opened Smoke This Barbecue because we got tired of compromise. The brisket that's dry. The ribs that taste like they came out of a jar. The "smoke flavor" that's just liquid seasoning sprayed on.
So we built this place the way we'd build a meal: slow, honest, and with real ingredients. We smoke over oak and hickory, we source from local farms when we can, and we pour drinks like we actually want you to enjoy them. It's Lewes. We're not in a rush.
